Work Day

We woke up on Saturday morning around 6am ready to go. We went down to the lobby for breakfast and went back to the room for about an hour to shower, pack, and get ready to go to the ship. We got to the ship around 10am and started working. We worked for a whole 2 hours...this is the biggest ship in the fleet....and then we went for a tour. We were on the Independence of the Seas and it was like a moving city on the water. It was unreal! We had lunch on the ship and then went to the train station around 1:30pm. It took about an hour and a half to get to Waterloo Station, and then we transfered to an underground train and went to the hotel.

Tired on the train

At Waterloo with all the luggage. This train station was gigantic! I felt like I was in Harry Potter - Platform 9 and 3/4 please!

Once we found our hotel and checked in, we went out into London. We went to a food festival on the Thames river. There were street performers, beer, food, beer, and fun to be had. We got a glimpse of the London Eye and Big Ben, but then we pooped out. We got dinner and I ended up falling asleep around 8pm. Our afternoon out on the town was a great teaser for what was yet to come.
